Terms of Service

1. The service
The Sovergence Powered Customer Solutioning Platform (the “Platform”) is a subscription service operated by Sovergence for technical presales organizations to run discoveries, produce deterministic analysis and generate customer-facing reports.
2. Accounts and organizations
Access is granted per named user seat within an organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding credentials, and for the activity of users you invite. Elevated manager seats are capped by your plan.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Free trials are limited to a single discovery. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the customer, discovery and design data you enter. We process it only to provide the Platform. Tenant data is logically isolated and enforced at the database level. Reports and exports you generate belong to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, reverse engineer the Platform, resell access without agreement, upload unlawful content, or use the Platform to build a competing service.
6. AI assistance
AI features add narrative on top of deterministic, engineer-controlled findings. AI output is always marked as requiring engineering review and must not be treated as professional advice, a validated design, or a bill of materials. You remain responsible for anything you deliver to your customers.
7. Availability and liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovergence’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
