What we collect
Account data (name, work email, job title, organization and role assignments); content you enter (customers, engagements, discovery answers, designs, findings, reports); billing records held by our payment processor; and operational logs including sign-in sessions, page activity, and an immutable audit trail of changes.
Why we collect it
To operate the Platform, enforce tenant isolation and seat limits, provide support, produce activity and approval records your organization requires, bill your subscription, and secure the service against abuse.
Session and activity logging
We record when users sign in, how long a session lasts, and which customer and discovery was worked on. Each user can see their own history. Organization administrators and managers can see activity for their own organization only. Sovergence support and global administrators can access records across organizations for support and security purposes.
Sub-processors
We use a managed cloud database and authentication provider for hosting, a payment processor for subscriptions, and an AI provider for narrative generation. Discovery content sent for narrative generation is not used to train third-party models.
Retention and recovery
Tenant data is retained for the life of your subscription and deleted on request after termination. Audit records are immutable and hash-chained. Backups and disaster recovery are included in the platform fee.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data at privacy@sovergence.com. Organization administrators can export their own data from the Platform at any time.
