Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new organization can run one complete discovery, including report generation and printing, at no cost and without payment details. No charge occurs unless you choose a paid plan.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if no reports have been exported. After 14 days, annual terms are non-refundable but you keep access for the remainder of the term.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; seats and manager allowances remain available until then.

If a defect prevents you from using the platform for a sustained period, contact support from inside the app and we will review a credit or refund for the affected period.
