Discovery
A section-based discovery wizard with a versioned question library and conditional logic captures the customer environment, requirements, constraints, risks and objectives. Discovery becomes the canonical source of technical truth.
Assessment
The recorded environment is evaluated against manufacturer guidance, compliance obligations, recognized frameworks and the customer's own policies. Every finding is marked confirmed, inferred or requires validation.
Calculations
Deterministic code performs sizing, capacity, log-volume and cost modeling, including internal SOC versus managed detection comparisons. Inputs, assumptions, units and rule-set version are recorded with every result.
Recommendations
Findings become prioritized, evidence-supported recommendations that retain their source references, rationale, severity and validation state.
Future-state design
Current state is never overwritten. Engineers build one or more future-state options per segment, each carrying its own review status and traceable back to the discovery version it came from.
Governance
Engineer submission, reviewer disposition, required corrections, then manager approval. An executive exception may permit delivery, but it never erases the bypassed control — it creates an immutable governance case.
Release
Approved material is released as versioned customer deliverables — reports, assessments, specifications and executive summaries — generated from the same approved source information.
