How the channel works
- • A partner cannot have partners beneath it — only a master reseller can. Only partners hold customers.
- • Customer portal accounts are always free for the customer.
- • Customer transfers between service companies are exchanged by account number, never by name, and every party confirms an emailed verification code.
- • New partner registrations are reviewed and activated by Critical Bridge before a branded page goes live.
