While supporting the Public Sector team at AT&T Cybersecurity, we achieved strong success—particularly across the State of Texas and Oklahoma. To replicate this success at scale, we created a high-level architecture diagram that mapped how all cybersecurity products available through the AT&T Texas DIR contract could be integrated within a customer’s network environment.
When paired with the Managed Threat Detection and Response (MTDR) architecture, this visual aid became a powerful tool for sales teams. It enabled deeper technical conversations, uncovered upsell opportunities, and supported a land-and-expand growth strategy. Over three contract periods, this approach drove up to a 300% increase in cybersecurity spend per customer, while extending service engagements from 1–3 years to as long as 10 years, thanks to staggered deployments and the need for long-term service continuity.
The All-In-One turned in to a highly productive tool for the sales and technical sales teams at every level to use introducing, explaining and showing customers the benefit and expanse of AT&T Cybersecurity Managed Services. plus the Architectural drawing was easily customizable to represent a customer’s environment which really made them feel as though the solution was custom designed just for them.
Security Oriented Convergence refers to the integration and unification of physical security, cybersecurity, and operational security systems and processes into a cohesive framework. The goal of this approach is to create a more resilient, comprehensive security posture that addresses both digital and physical threats effectively.
